4TH GRADE BEGINNING BAND
Below are pdfs of the music that the 4th grade is working on. The pdfs are being made available in case a student has lost their original music or in case a student wants to work ahead.
Students should first focus on learning "Hot Cross Buns", "Mary Had a Little Lamb", "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star", and "Ode to Joy" on the "First Songs" page.
Once a student is able to play those 4 songs well, they should start working on "Jolly Old St. Nicholas" and "Jingle Bells" (downloadable below as a pdf).
Also listed below (in the right hand column) are printable finger charts for each instrument (these were originally handed out on paper to the students).
